iceowl-l10n-fi software package provides Finnish language package for iceowl-extension, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceowl-l10n-fi
iceowl-l10n-fi is installed in your system.
